- A cancellation fee of 100% applies for cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance, or in case of no-show.
- A cancellation fee of 50% applies for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
- No cancellation fee applies for cancellations made 24 or more hours in advance.

Arrival & Check-In
Arrived 5 minutes early before the session started.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your session starts to allow for check-in and preparation.
Late arrivals may result in a reduced gameplay duration to ensure fairness for other guests and subsequent sessions.
